Booking Policy

All appointments must be booked online. We do not accept walk-ins due to the way we need you to arrive. When booking your appointment, a credit card is required to hold your reservation. You are not charged anything at the time of booking unless the service you are booking requires a deposit. The card is held in the event that we must charge for our cancellation policy.

*aLL SERVICE DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your appointment at any time 3 days or more before your appointment time through the email and text messages you receive after booking. If you do not cancel your appointment within 48 hours before your start time, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment. *Cancelling your appointment before the 48 hour mark will not result in any charges.

If you cancel within 24 hours before your start time, or you “no call, no show” for an appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service amount and will be subject to us requiring that you pay for any future appointments at the time of booking. This includes cancellations related to a positive Co-Vid test.

No Show Policy

Should you “no call, no show” for an appointment, you are responsible for 100% of the service fee and will be required to pay for any future appointments with The Curl Nook at the time of booking.

Pricing Policy

Appointment prices are as listed on the booking website. In certain situations, the price of your service may be adjusted to accommodate for improper preparation, necessary strengthening or hydrating treatments, etc. These increases, if applicable, will ALWAYS be communicated at the chair, before any action is taken, to ensure that you are not surprised with any extra charges at the end of your service.

Guests

Due to the limited space within the suite, we do ask that you refrain from bringing any additional guests with you who are not being serviced at this time. If you do wish to come with a friend or family member, you are welcome to book back to back appointments or send us a message so that we are able to overlap you on the books!! That way, the two of you can come together and make a day of it! Minors are required to have a parent or guardian with them in the salon for the duration of their appointment.
